Delivery Information

Free delivery for the mainland UK unless stated, (mainland UK possibly excludes the Highlands and Islands of Scotland) is sent by by courier on a NEXT DAY SERVICE. Highlands and Islands of Scotland, other Islands in the British Isle & Northern Ireland are usually sent on a 2 DAY COURIER SERVICE and may be charged for at checkout. Delivery outside the UK will be chargable and delivery will be quoted.   Any questions contact G Shepherd Animal Health on 01772 690131. 

Obviously, we make every effort to get stock items sent as soon as possible. If non-stock items, these will be deliverd as soon as practical. Once items leave us , we are then relying on the courier / carier to do their transport and delivery, which is out of our control.

Christmas Delivery: Last order date and time for parcels to be sent out is 12pm on 23rd December. For pallets last order date and time is 11am on 21st December. Delivery not guaranteed in time for christmas. Contact us by phone for more information.
