Fosbol Phosphorus Bolus

FOSBOL® BOLUS CONTAINS READILY AVAILABLE PHOSPHORUS AND CALCIUM FOR USE IN FRESHLY CALVED DAIRY COWS

Give one bolus, at calving. A further bolus may be given 24 hours after calving. For large cows or “high-risk” cows, two boluses can be given at a time and/or for longer. It is advisable not to give before calving. If in any doubt, seek veterinary advice.

A. 22% Calcium  x 120g = 26.4g

    Phosphorus, as elemental P , not commonly quoted oxide , 17.5% x 120g= 21g

    Plus Vitamin D3 increases gut absorption and bone mobilisation of Calcium
