Pasteurised & Dried bovine colostrum for feeding calves.

High % Antibodies, (which cannot legally be declared on the label)

46 % crude protein

24% crude fat- natural colostrum fat

Colostrum is approx. 25% dry matter, so the mix rate is 250 grams of powder to make one litre of reconstituted colostrum. 4 litres of the mix would give the recommended calf intake  of antibodies.

So, if you have only 2 litres of dams colostrum, mix up and feed 2 litres of G Shepherd pure colostrum, and feed straight after birth of the calf, or as soon as possible.

Obviously the antibodies might not match what is needed on your farm, but it absolutely the best and right thing to do.
