McCullock Resuscitators in 2 sizes for Calves, Lambs
Basically, there is a hand pump that is used in two ways, depending which mask you attach.
- the aspiration mask can only attach on the sucking end of the pump, and is used to remove mucus & fluids from the newborn.
- the resuscitation mask attaches to the other end of the pump that expels air into the lungs, with the expired air exiting through a side valve, so only fresh air goes into the lungs.
