It's good to meet up with customers to "chew the fat".

We all like to see the whites of the eyes of who we are dealing with. It is especially important for us as a lot of our business is conducted over the phone and online.

Later in the afternoon, we learnt that we had won a prize too for Best Indoor Trade Stand. We are pretty chuffed with this because there were a lot of stands and a lot of the major players were there.
