Study shows heat-treated colostrum performs better

A study recently published in the Journal of Dairy Science showed that heat-treating colostrum supported greater immunity in Jersey calves. This study gives scientific confirmation that Dairy Tech equipment:-

and Perfect Udder bags work for successfully heat treating colostrum. Obviously, better colostrum antibody status and less failure of passive transfer stacks up to healthier calves and a healthier herd.
